just bc i’ve been offline all day and i’ve logged back on to find a couple of messages from some lovelies informing me that my (and others’!) work has been either stolen or reposted without permission from us.

if you wanna share my work outside of tumblr, you need the following:

- my consent

- to credit me

having one or neither of these is not okay, and never will be okay. stealing and reposting work is plagiarism, intellectual property theft and can actually be classified as a type of abuse. and i do not condone it, whether it’s my work or someone else’s. writers take time and effort to create and post their work for free, and we don’t deserve to have people take our work without asking of crediting.
